A diffuse tumorous liver (2x large green circles), enlarged spleen (hatched overlay), perihepatic and perisplenic ascites (green overlay), and esophageal varices (3x small green circles) can be seen.
These findings are consistent with hepatocellular carcinoma in a patient with liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension.
