Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your Subscription:

  • App Store and Play Store purchases: refunds are governed by the respective store's policies. We are not able to process these refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
  • Web purchases: you may request a refund by emailing hello@getoncourse.ai within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds requested after 48 hours are at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused portions of a Subscription, or where access has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms.

Failed Renewal Payments

If your payment method fails at renewal, we'll retry the charge over a few days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription will move to the free tier until the payment is resolved.

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
