- Causes: Mass, bleed, hydrocephalus, edema, meningitis.
- Symptoms: Headache (AM), vomiting, papilledema, AMS.
- Cushing's Triad (late): Hypertension, bradycardia, irregular respiration. 📌 HIB.
- Hydrocephalus: Excess CSF.
- Communicating: ↓Absorption (post-meningitis, SAH). Symmetric ventricular enlargement.

- Lumbar Puncture (LP):
- Site: L3-L4 / L4-L5. 📌 Cord ends L1-L2 (adults), L3 (infants).
