Anticoagulation: warfarin vs DOACs, INR management and reversal agents
Anticoagulation is a massive topic for the UKMLA AKT, especially since the shift towards DOACs as first-line therapy for many conditions like non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and Venous Thromboembolism (VTE).

Managing a high INR is a classic AKT scenario. The key is to distinguish between major bleeding, minor bleeding, and no bleeding.
