📝 Quiz Experience Enhancements

  • Now you can solve more than 150k+ questions in NEET-PG. And 15k+ questions in USMLE. This makes Oncourse the largest question bank available across any app!

  • Refreshed Quiz tab with a cleaner layout and smoother subject selection, so you can jump into practice faster.

  • Subject-wise quizzes now have better topic filtering and clearer previews before you start.

  • Free vs premium quiz access is now explained more clearly.



🏠 Homepage Updates

You’ll now see insight cards on the homepage highlighting trending medical topics, recent research, and relevant Reddit discussions — surfaced to keep you plugged into what med students are actively talking about.



🤖 Rezzy AI Assistant Updates

  • Rezzy’s chat is now cleaner and easier to read, with better formatting for explanations.

  • Rezzy is now accessible even without logging in for quick doubts and revisions. On rezzy.cc.

  • Rezzy Voice Mode is now generally available to all students!



🎮 Games & Active Recall

  • Probe now has dedicated leaderboards, improved navigation, and a smoother daily challenge flow.

  • Synapses gets new leaderboards, better session tracking, and improved sharing.

  • Clinical Rounds has received small visual refinements for a cleaner case-solving experience.
